Does ToolLok store my invoice data?

Your draft, logo and saved clients are kept in your browser's localStorage on this device. Invoice details are not uploaded to a ToolLok server. Use Export backup to move your data, and Clear data to remove it from a shared computer.

Can I create estimates and quotes?

Yes. Choose Estimate, Quote, Receipt or Pro forma as the document type. Estimates and quotes hide payment status and balance lines.

Can I add tax, VAT, GST or a discount?

Yes. Set a tax label such as VAT, GST or Sales Tax, enter your rate, and add a percentage or fixed-amount discount. You can also enter your tax ID. Rules for mandatory invoice fields differ by country, so check your local requirements.

Which currencies are supported?

USD, EUR, GBP, INR, JPY/CNY, CAD, AUD, NZD, SGD, CHF, AED, BRL, MXN, ZAR and the krona/krone family. In the downloaded PDF the rupee sign is written as "INR" because standard PDF fonts do not include it.
