How to use Pomodoro Focus Engine & Ambient Sound Studio

• 1Select your focus cycle (25min Deep Focus, 5min Short Break, or 15min Long Break).
• 2Click the 'Start' button to begin the animated countdown engine.
• 3Toggle the 'Deep Neural Brown Noise' switch in the Sound Studio to block out background distractions using local synthesized audio.
• 4Type your current goals into the Focus Session Ledger and check them off as you complete them.
